I'm wondering why the only 2 subforums are for christians and atheists/agnostics? Seems unfair to me since about 1/3 of the world is christian and atheists an even smaller minority.

What about pagans, buddhists, hindus, muslims, judaism and hundreds of other belief systems? What about one more subforum for 'other beliefs'?

This has been gone over multiple times before, but as I see it from an administrative standpoint there's an excess of forums (in total) on this site already and it could stand to be chopped down some. The more forums there are, the more taxing it is on servers and databases, so it makes sense to only have forums for the largest groups that're going to be consistently active. There's not enough members here of the smaller groups to warrant individual forums for every one of them.

...and where would you stop? I mean, there are about 300 different denominations of Christianity alone before you even start on Islam, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Scientology etc etc. If they all had there own forum....Hell, you'd need a road map to find your way around.

I didn't mean a separate forum for each religion! I meant one more subforum for religions/beliefs other than christian or atheist.

That's what the general R&P forum is for.
