Reincarnation would be 'coming back' as a different person, identity, creature. Nothing in Jesus' words, let alone the Bible, teaches or hints at that.

In being born again, entering heaven, etc. we remain the same person. We never lose our identity.

JC around 2,000 years ago was quoting Torah. Torah was given to the Jewish people 3,331 years ago. Buddha lived about 2,600 years ago.
