EarthBound?: How does woman allegedly being made from Adam's rib make women equal to men? I've heard the same argument used to assert the primacy of men over women. Of course women are our equals, but I don't see how that supports it.
No, if you really think about it , that said it all. It didn't say "from a foot bone", or "from the head bone". It clearly stated the "Rib", and to me the rib is located at his sides (front-side, backside, left-side and right-side), not the head or the feet. So that makes women out equals .

Just as a figure of speech and not a literal term, when someone points to their ribs they usually point at their sides. So, when the Creator took a rib from mans SIDE and made a woman, he made them from his side and not from the foot or the head. And this makes women at our sides and not at our feet or at our head. Lord knows that we would probibly be better off if the world was run by them more often than not.
Ok, I just have to ask, where exactly are you and what are these guys paying $5 per minute for, a lapdance?

Yes..."lapdances" (I have my own "label" for what that is) are $20 per song...a song is approx 4 mins. = $5 per min.
Though, 26 yrs ago when I first got into this business, "table dances" (ZERO contact) were the same $20 per song they get for the "lapdances" now.
I've seen guys tip girls hundreds (even THOUSANDS) of dollars while they were on stage just putting on a dance performace...nudity was involved, of course...but still. It never ceased to amazed me how overcome the guys are by these girls.
