Certainly, and they are often seemingly cohesive and very assured comments, not necessarily someone frothing at the mouth and screaming that he sees pink unicorns or something. I suspect it is you who lack experience in meditation on this particular subject, otherwise you'd see how such people as Hitler, James Manson, Jim Jones, David Karesh and others had control over people who just wanted to believe in something. They (the people I've just referenced) said things that people who are (were) not under their spell realize sounded rather kooky and off, yet it wasn't all a bunch of nonsensical ramblings. Bits and pieces of truth were mixed in with their overly-passionate and unsupportable convictions. Just like Paul.

Just like Satan, for that matter. And I'm not at all afraid of the lightning bolt coming for saying that; people, come on, what does your very own holy book, the Bible, repeatedly say about not falling for words of false prophets...and how to spot one? Also, please note that in Genesis, Satan makes sense and is calm and self-assured in the Garden of Eden. He's not frothing or anything. He's not obvious for what he is. I stand by my assertion. I believe there is much more evidence for Paul being a false prophet at best, than for his purported visitation by Jesus having actually happened.

ETA: I'm not necessarily saying that Paul absolutely had some sort of "evil" agenda. He could, as I've said before, simply been insane. (Unlike the question of Jesus, I can't put forth my own third option--that Paul could have simply been misinterpreted--since isn't oral tradition being relied on in the case of Paul, but actual writings purported to have come directly from Paul himself.)

We shall agree to disagree . . . because the consciousness I encounter in deep meditation is far more consistent with Paul's assertions about Jesus than any of the early Jewish nonsense about
Jehovah . . . or any chauvinistic and exclusivist ramblings.

We shall shake hands on disagreeing, then. My own meditations are consistent with Paul not being the real deal, and my common sense tells me Jesus wouldn't have repeatedly said he was fulfilling the law if it were all "Jewish nonsense about Jehovah." Granted I have eight fewer years experience than you do. We disagree and have each made our points.

Myself, I much more greatly enjoy the 4 Gospels than the Pauline Epistles (my own opinion, or course).
