The bible is fiction, why in the world would you think it tells you the truth??? Because it says so???? YEAH, RIGHT!
No, it is not fiction. I have seen the power of that books many times. I listed answers to prayer as promised in the Bible in the OP. I could list hundreds of them from my own experience.

"And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us" I John 5:14.

Answer: That is already determined so I don't need to pray about it.

He will eradicate all sickness and disease after the kingdom of God is established. Revelation 21:4.

Since those who blaspheme Him here are doing so in ignorance, then, and not by revelation of Jesus Christ by His Spirit, then they are just showing their complete and utter foolish ignorance and are just blowing off at the mouth in that foolishness.

But know this:
1 Enoch, chapter 1

1 The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed. 2And he took up his parable and said- Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. 3Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them:
The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling,
4And the eternal God will tread upon the earth, even on Mount Sinai,
And appear from His camp
And appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens.
5And all shall be smitten with fear,
And the Watchers shall quake,
And great fear and trembling shall seize them unto the ends of the earth.
6And the high mountains shall be shaken,
And the high hills shall be made low,
And shall melt like wax before the flame.
7And the earth shall be wholly rent in sunder,
And all that is upon the earth shall perish,
And there shall be a judgement upon all men.
8But with the righteous He will make peace,
And will protect the elect,
And mercy shall be upon them.
And they shall all belong to God,
And they shall be prospered,
And they shall all be blessed.
And He will help them all,
And light shall appear unto them,
And He will make peace with them.
9And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones
To execute judgement upon all,
And to destroy all the ungodly:
And to convict all flesh
Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed,
And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.
Thanks, but you need to stop quoting from Enoch. Enoch is not part of God's holy Word and it has no authority.

If you want to read what Enoch said then read the New Testament book of Jude. That is authoritative.

Your savior Jesus would be appalled at you for blowing off at the mouth about such self serving nonsense.
And the poor child in this picture who calls out to God in her need...is that also narcisstic?

If so, then why?

Why is it wrong or evil to call out to God in a time of need?

What an awful bent of thinking you have.

Well first - I didn't say you're wrong or evil; I said you were ignorant and foolish.

But regardless, it seems like you might have missed the point: that you are narcissistic for praying about your bills and your event planning.

The girl in the picture is super cute, but I don't know anything about her story. Is she starving or terminally ill? And how exactly do you equate a sick or destitute child to an adult with a $47.00 phone bill?

In any case, I would not consider her narcissistic for calling out to God. After all, she is a child. And presumably you're an adult.

In 25 years if the girl in the picture needs her cable TV paid and asks God for the cash, we can reevaluate.

So you expect me to change the natural order of things with my prayers even though God has made it clear that the awful results of human sin and rebellion will continue until kingdom comes?

So keep your opinion. God is not a liar and He will not change what He has eternally decreed.

There's nothing in that that says you have to wait until your god is ready...so go ahead ask for an end to cancer by 12 tomorrow. Put your money where your mouth is. Show us that you speak the truth.
