Its funny for me to see that everybody blames california for all their housing problems. But, we were the first to have these problems and they were caused by rapid population growth and greed. That population came from all sorts of states. I never benefited from any of it. Now im stuck here and will never be able to by a home of my own.

In another year your dog will be able to afford a houses. I could get pretty ugly (or pretty, if you're looking for a house).

Hahahaha, Californians came to TX , too. But when TX went to CA ,it didn't work out, so TX went to Reno/Sparks, little do those people there know that some of the toxic mortgages are from TX, so hey blame CA while here in TX they sit and enjoy the $$$$$ profits.
