Fixer-Uppers in Carson City/Minden?
With the remote possibility of moving into one of the areas above in the distant future, I was curious as to whether or not there were areas in these places that might have housing that was run down or in disrepair, i.e., "handyman's specials" or "fixer-uppers."
I'll have time to take on some serious projects if the opportunity presents itself to move, and this would not be for flipping, but for a primary residence, possibly in an area that has not yet experienced gentrification...
