I broke down the median price and some other stats by area for Reno and Sparks.

Column headers*
Area / median price / # sales / # sales in range $200k - 250k / median acreage / median year built / median square ft

All Reno/Sparks....................$270,000 955 224 0.18 1999 1888
There were 955 sales in the 60 day period I recently pulled and 224 of those sales were in the $200k-$250k price range. The median sale price was $270,000, median lot size of sold homes was 0.18 acre, median year built 1999, and median house size was 1888 square feet.

Again, 6 months later, I broke down the median price and some other stats by area for Reno and Sparks.

Fallon and Fernley aren't too far from Reno?

Fallon is an hour from reno and Fernley is 30 minutes away from Reno.

Fernley had 69 (site/stick built) homes sold in the last 60 days. 13 homes sold in range $200k-250k. Median sold price $170,000. Median square footage 1598. Median acreage 0.18. Median year built 2001.

Fallon's city area had 17 (site/stick built) homes sold in the last 60 days. 1 home sold in range $200k-250k. Median sold price $124,900. Median square footage 1379. Median acreage 0.14. Median year built 1990.

Fallon's city area combined with outer areas had 51 homes sold in the last 60 days. 14 homes sold in range $200k-250k. Median sold price $169,500. Median square footage 1775. Median acreage 1.00. Median year built 1994.
