Good furniture deals (Reno: house, furniture stores, housing)

I will be furnishing a house this summer the only item I will have with me is the spare bedroom set, can anybody give idea's of where to shop. I will be new to the area and coming from Alaska. Up here we have furniture companies always offering the 12month no interest sales. Is that something that takes place down there as well.

Actually I will be looking for leather couch and chair and oak tables and bedroom set. Not wanting the top dollar but don't want junk either, so if you have a name of a store out there to share with me I would very much appreciate it. And possible location

I have been seeing commercials out of Reno of furniture stores holding clearance and going out of business sales, I am guessing due to the housing slump and the economic down-turn in general. I think you should find some good bargins. I would suggest checking into the Reno newspaper when you are ready to shop....have fun
