Default Taxi Cab Options in Reno
I was just inquiring about some of the taxi services offered and costs. I just need to get from the airport to the Reno Event Center and back.

I can't remember the cab service it was but from Reno-Tahoe International to Downtown Reno cost me $16 oneway.

Take one of the free Hotel-Casino shuttle buses at the north end of the airport terminal and save the $16 each way. Tip the driver if you have luggage.

The ones that go to downtown Hotels (Eldorado, Silver Legacy, Circus Circus, Harrahs) are close enough for you to walk to the Reno Events Center.

Someone going to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center should use the Atlantis Hotel
Casino free shuttle. The Atlantis is right across the street from the Convention Center.

Just a bit off topic a little but when I took my cab into downtown Reno to goto the library to get directions to the social security place I ended up walking back 3-4miles and the social securtiy place was about 150-200yards from the airport where I started off
