Default Tell me about Sparks

Some of my friends are thinking of moving there. They are a young couple, the guy's trying to be a cop.

Anyways, I'm curious about Sparks. Is it like a suburb, or is it more urban? Is it average-middle class or more uppity? What about the racial demographics? And also what would you say the political/ideological leanings are of the majority of the folks there? Are there good neighborhoods and bad neighborhoods? Thanks
