Default Reno Apartment/House for rent...

Hi guys,

which apartment company would you recommend? I am trying to look for a 1 bedroom apt for $5-600/month or 2bedrooms for $750 with all the appliances (w/d,fridge,stove,microwave...) and a parking spot. I would want to live in a modern/new apartment and in a quiet neighborhood, no loud music at night.

On the other hand, I am thinking of renting a big house with like 4 bedrooms nearby UNR then rent out the other rooms, this way may be I can save some on rent. Is this a good idea? How is the rent demand there? I see that people keep listing the same ads on Craigslist everyday.

On what websites would you look for apartments/house for rent?

Any comments/inputs are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
