i think he was referring to the raising of the taxes being the liberal problem, which everyone knows is the case. liberals raise taxes for the "good of the people" right?

personally i dont believe liberalism is the only problem, but that definitely is a problem.

I am in Virginia, considering relocating to Nevada. I can tell you that this stigma is not true. UVa is one of the more "expensive" and "prestigious" colleges on the East Coast and these kids go in dumb and come out dumber.

UVA is a public school. It's not even close to as expensive as major private schools.

That is for out of state students. If you're from Virginia tuition is $9,490. Which is very expensive for a public school, but still. Compared to Harvard its nothing.

Default Special Assement Tax

No matter how you look at it, we might not have state income tax. But for whatever reason they can choose, Nevada can special assement Tax you, which in turns raise your property taxes by calling it an improvement to whatever they want. They have it set up that even if you don't vote, it is an automatic yes, which is very bias. The commissioners don't care. So no state income tax but they get it another way.
