Professional Relocating Looking for Rental in Cold Springs area (Reno: rentals, mobile home)

According to the posts I've read Cold Springs is a great place to live. I'm relocating from Illinois to work at a Reno hospital. In need of a quiet, beautiful, safe place to live. One adult, spouse will be joining me at a later date. Need rent to be reasonable as we will be running two households until our home in Illinois is sold. Prefer 2 bedrooms, at least partially furnished. If furnished is impossible perhaps I could rent furniture.

I know your original message was from a couple of months ago but, I'm happy to lend a hand if I can.

I do not have specific info on any rentals in Cold Springs. I have been here since Oct. '97 and the back of my property is on the lake road, at the east end just before the curve.

If you would like I can check around a bit in the next few days. I know of a pretty nice mobile home on a lot with good trees that I'm pretty sure is 2-br that I know is empty right now. I had been a rental but, has been vacant since early this summer. I'll check if there are any signs. Actual 'stick' homes are a bit scarce for rentals in our valley for some reason.
