My 14yo daughter will be playing in the USAV National volleyball tournament at the end of June of Reno. I'll also be bringing along my 4 younger children. As you can imagine it's not too fun for them to watch their sister play volleyball for three days straight so I was wondering what I could do to make it fun for them. Any ideas of what would interest 12, 10, 8 and 6 year olds in Reno?

Virginia City "Step Back In Time" is very close by,

Wild Island Family Adventure Park | Waterpark, Mini-Golf, Bowling, Go-Karts, Arcade Very close to reno and looks perfect and a lot of fun

You can go bowling and I THINK there is also a bowling museum, If the kids golf there are loads of golf courses, Reno/Carson areas have loads of Hot Springs, LAKE TAHOE is the best....loads to do about 45 mins away. Also the Automobile Museum if your kids are into cars. Most of the hotels have pool parties for adults at night but during the day kids are welcome. Truckee is also near by.

Also there is the Sparks Marina, a man-made lake, with a beach of sorts, a playground area, and grassy picnic areas. The Wilbur May Museum at Rancho San Rafael often has displays oriented towards kids.
