It was in my lease that I have to give a 60 day notice and the place able to be shown during that time. Imagine being a LL, you want a renter, or in your case a buyer, before the old one moves out. no one will buy it without seeing it.

You might check your lease which may specify what the LL can and cannot do. Our state lease does specify this.

The LL should make it worth your time & effort to help sell the place. Put a dollar amount on it and see if they will deduct from your rent.
