I live on the 6th floor of a 6 story elevator bldg with 50 units in the northern Bronx, NY City. Very tidy bldg very well kept nice area too (seems others here are not from NY so I'd just thought I'd give the heads up on The Bronx since it often has a bad rep)
anyway, the past few days the landlord has a heavy duty extension cord plugged into the compactor room running up the stairs to the roof. I hear people walking around sometimes but no machines or other mechanical sounds
Any idea what they're doing? I also notice a lot of junk on the side of the building.
I really can't say whats going on, but one thing I did notice in the post was the heavy duty extension cord running up a stair well, if its not secured, its a safety issue.
Let me check my spy satellite and I'll get back to you.
