Seems like a good choice. It is in a convenient location. And also the downtown Brooklyn area is really beginning to look more like Manhattan to me. There's been a lot of changes. I'm happy for u. I haven't heard anything from bayview yet. Its been two weeks since they had my application I thought I would at least had got a letter from them letting me know they have my application but NOPE! Not a word.

I called and he said they have my application but he can't give me an exact date when a apartment will be available. He said housing keeps sending apps over there and the list is just growing. It looks like it's gonna take a while sucks

this is crazy why say there are immediate apartments ready and then you still have to wait...it make no sense to me how housing works...

I would cont to call every week when they see u are eager to move this will speed up your process...If you dont care then they dont care...good luck

Yea it is crazy. Just when you finally get somewhere, it's really no where because you gotta still wait! But, the lady at my interview did advise that the whole process will take anywhere from 2-6 months. I certainly hope it will not take 6 months! It will make two months since my interview late this month, so hopefully before the end of next month I will get the apartment or at least notified of something.
