3 Things your neighbor wants:

1. Don't rent your place to a kid who uses their new found freedom to have a party every weekend.
2. Don't rent your place to a people who work multiple shifts. (Who wants to smell breakfast being cooked every few hours?)
3. Remember WE have to tolerate whoever you decide to rent to. Do us a favor and think about US when you choose a tenant

Remember who is paying the mortgage on the property. It is not the neighbour who is paying it.
I did think about the neighbours when I rented and the person I choose, trashed the place. So now who pays the damage ; not the neighbour that I thought about.

this is a joke right?

You can't dictate when someone cooks breakfast or what their work shift is for goodness sake!
