Good website for checking renter applicants?
I need a short and sweet report, credit, criminal, etc...one preferably that doesn't want a tenant email...(some of mine are elderly and never turned on a computer, much less have email.)
Any ideas or suggestions?

I don't think there is a website that will give you all the info in one place. I never found one.
