It sounds like English is not your first language.

If that is the case it will help to have someone who is better with English to assist in determining exactly what is said and meant by the different terms like "rent" and "security deposit" and how many months worth of each the LL is "expecting" or "demanding" that you pay in advance.

If they wouldn't give you the keys without the security deposit the first time, and now they insist that you didn't pay the security deposit, how would you have gotten the keys at all?

Read the lease. I haven't heard what the lease says about rent and secirity deposit.

If you paid by cashiers check, you'd still have the stub part saying who was paid and how much and what the money was used for. You can also contact the bank and get a copy of the cashed check as proof of payment. Im just surprises they took 6 mths rent up front.
