Thanks

Why? Are you having trouble renting your property? Is it because of the glut of rentals in Las Vegas? According to this article Section 8 renters in Vegas are getting pickier...

Who

"Some renters are getting pickier."

“More and more, I’m seeing tenants turn down places,” says Arman Davtyan, owner of seven Las Vegas properties rented to Section 8 tenants.

Instead, they’re going for “another property that’s either bigger or in a better area or has more bedrooms,” he says. “Before, they tended to take whatever they could get.”

This is a general guide to the requirements, pros and cons which is quite comprehensive. Obviously for local sub-laws you would have to consult your state's requirements but this link will give you an idea:

No, I have 4 properties.. I can collect more through section 8 so when the leases expire I may try something different.

I have found that any thing sec-8 requires you should already have done anyway.

Stay away from Section-8 unless you want your rental to be destroyed and left for dead.
