^^^I'm a 30 year USVI resident and suggest you contact a local attorney. You could call Julie Evert who specializes in RE law and if she can't help you directly I'm sure she can lead you in the right direction.

Well you would think the director at DP&R would have a clue, but after asking that question 3 or 4 times, no one at that office seem to have an answer. I'll try to ask a RE Lawyer here on Island. BTW, I moved here in sept. 1967 so I know most of the islands runnings as they say!!

This is probably too obvious, but wondering if you asked your neighbor to change it? Or offered to pay half to change it? In other words, tried to work it out with the neighbor?
