I am trying to find out if management can tow my car which has a non-op and it is insured. it didn't pass smog so i put non-op but i pay insurance every month. I live in a mobile home park.

What does your lease or park rules state regarding non-operable vehicles?

You signed the lease agreeing to keeping it registered. Register it.
