Hi Everybody,

I am an onsite residential property manager of a 26 unit apartment building in California, and as such don't need a real estate license to manage my building.

I just started managing my daughter's single family home rental out of town. I do this for free. It just occurred to me that I may need a license? As a family member doing this for free, am I legal?
