Write up a petition to evict the horrible tenants in Apt #(Your Apt#), have a the other tenants sign it, and present it to the LL, demanding they be evicted immediately..
You shouldn't have any problem getting others to sign your petition...
ask the LL, if he says no and you can swing it just double pay rent for a month and don't lost the new place on account of what must be less than $1000
Reading this makes me so glad I didn't rent a room in a building full of younger kids/students, which was never a tempting option for me in the first place!
OP, suck it up. 40 days isn't that long. If your significant other is walking around without a shirt on, yes, that is considered half naked. Maybe you aren't as much a victim here as you think?
