If you were asked to leave, then the landlord broke the lease. If you were evicted (a legal procedure), then you pay what the court has ordered.

I answered in the form of the post of which I replied, which is gibberish. The hope was the poster would get the hint and articulate his thoughts better.

Um, I suspect he was poking fun at the poster he was responding to (greggpw1) ... that poster seemed to not know how to use punctuation so his post was a bit difficult to understand.

Actually, I didn't find the OP's post to be gibberish just written as someone who has issues with English or expressing himself and I was able to figure out what he was asking.

OTO, I did find jw2 to be total nonsense. Sad if that was a means of poking fun at someone who may not have the capacity to write more clearly.
