Standing up for myself and doing something legally are two different things.
Stand up for yourself legally. If you feel that you are being wronged or treated unfairly or in a discriminatory manner go file a suit in court. Sue the management company because they are his legal representative.
Thanks all for the replies. I more needed to vent then anything else. The LL had been a complete jerk throughout this experience. That said, it is the management companies poor management style!
Instead of reading an email from the LL and summarizing what was said, the management forwards me the emails. So I see all the nasty vile things the LL is saying. Had the company summarized 'the LL is not comfortable with you using the security deposit' I wouldn't be do upset. Needless to say, I need legal advice, not forum.
My owner waived my late fees when I was renting but when it was time to return my deposit he over charged me and never made the repairs and when I requested a invoice he indicated he didn't charge me a late fee but reseve his right too. Is that legal
