for cleaning this. I want the stove and fridge cleaned under. It is toxic and I want it gone but do not feel same cleaning it myself. Who is responsible? She had a cleaning crew in on our first day here and they were horrible.
First of all, I agree that you should not have found that in a "fresh" home that you just moved in.
Regardless.. if the landlord doesn't want to play, are you just going to leave the mice turds right there for the entirety of your stay at this property?
Also, where's mice turds, there are mice. You may want to start addressing that fact before hand.
The problem is the exterminator won't clean these turds....I want someone else to clean them. They most likely happened before we got here. We do have an exterminator coming in two days.
Perhaps you should notify the landlord that the cleaning company he paid did not clean properly behind and under the stove and fridge.
After that I personally would take my broom and sweep things into the dust pan and throw things in the trash, then I would run a good hot mop with bleach over the entire area and move on with my day while the floor dries.

Ditto. At this point just clean it up yourself. It isn't going to be the most pleasant part of your day but it likely won't kill you. Your landlord won't hurry over to do it and you could easily remedy the issue in a few minutes.
I'm glad there is an exterminator coming. I would consider that more important than having someone else come in to clean mouse droppings.
pay someone to sweep if you really feel repulsed. I would ..! I would even pay a professional cleaning service to do your whole house, it may cost you a bit, but you get a fresh feeling and you feel safe. Maybe $80 or $100 and voila. wonderful!
I wonder why there is an exterminator for mice, all they will likely do is put down poison so the mouse can go off to a different part of the house and die then stink in a few days or they will put down traps and the dead smelly end result is the same.
