What's the point to this question other than hunting for more things to criticize and attack me about? No, I don't have grandchildren yet. However, my eldest child is 26 and is getting married this year, and she will eventually have children. I'm allowed to plan ahead for grandchildren, even though this may be an odd concept to you.

You've got this very displaced anger-thing going in my direction simply because I have the gall to be selfish enough to charge rent for my hard-earned properties, and because I'm careful in the selection of tenants. I'd suggest you explore the personal reasons why you choose to criticize and attack a perfect stranger who hasn't harmed you in any way, who is breaking no laws (or even the spirit of the law), and who has made their own way without asking for handouts or getting freebies.

Think about it.
I choice to say this to you and others like you....don't think you are above others when it comes to things. Karma does occur trust me on that one. I don't care if you plan for your grandkids, my kids are well taken care of. I just know plenty of people that have a lot of money and they don't brag about it, as you do w/ your properties. I have seen the post about what you pay for mortgage on the how much is your rent post and people didn't like what you said. You bring off a bad vibe to people. Maybe you are the one that has to flaunt something that they have to make people like you. I'm done w/ this discussion with you. You have fun owning all these properties, but when, lets say you get in an accident and its your fault and you do something to another, and they take everything you have...have fun thinking back at the post you have made about not giving a person a chance..OK???

Guess what? I lost everything I had when I was 33 years old, because my now-ex-husband spent it all behind my back. I divorced him, got off my butt, paid off the debt and now I have way more than I lost. If you call that flaunting, then that's your problem.

I call it hard work, good ethics, and setting an example to my kids that anything is possible. People in the USA have the best opportunity for success of any country in the world. If you don't grab that opportunity and figure out how to make something of it, that's not my fault. You cannot depend on someone else to make you a success.

I'm not. It gave me a good kick in the ass, the second one in my life that I've really needed.
