Unless she is violating the lease, and moving furniture is NOT a lease violation, your landlord cannot 'get her out'.
Suggestions? Deal with it. Understand that you live in a multi family unit, under a family with kids, and will hear noise.
Now, if they are fighting like cats and dogs, having all night parties, booming bass all night long, that's a different story and subject to eviction. Daily living noise is not subject to eviction.
And yes, you should be the one moving, not her. Hope you find an upper unit with no neighbors on any side at all.
