So why are you paying $25 more a month that you were told to pay. That's a contract right there, let it go, and move and pay more elsewhere.

I didn't doesn't matter that you didn't sign anything. By making all those payments at the 'wrong' amount, you 'agreed' to the wrong amount.

No one forced you to move in and agree to the wrong amount. You knew exactly what you were paying every month..there was no surprise. You can't cry about it now..you should've done that when he asked you for the first's month rent.
