I thought an independent 3rd party did that?
Wait... she is the landlord but not the property owner?

She was acting as an agent of the owner, so as far as I understand that is the same as dealing with the owner of the property. Check your local law. Good Luck

1st you said she offered you your money back so I really dont understand the problem!
Are you trying to decide to wait until March 1st and move....geee thats only 2 weeks away. Are you looking for another place?

She did break her contract with you. However, If she is willing to give you your money back, I'd cut my losses. Sorry, old post, but, still problems could exist that this might help someone.

Just because it's old doesn't mean it won't be beneficial to someone, besides if they didn't want old threads resurrected they should close them.
