An older couple, (decorated senior veteran and former special ed. teacher) looking to rent asap. Like a quiet atmosphere. Stay at home. Enjoy taking care of home. Looking for little down to get in. Prefer the northland or rural area. Would like to work with private landlord. Good rental history for last 7 years.
