You will be leave to house and find another apartments , If you don't want to leave these house than you will be say specifically to landlord and give a strict notice .

Not true. Just because a LL puts something in a lease it does not mean it is always enforceable or legal. No matter how many times or ways a LL would put in a lease where you were required to park on a 'public' street, it is not enforceable and/or legal. The city and law enforcement are the only ones that could ever enforce any and all parking on a public street.
