Just because you put it in your lease doesn't mean it follows state law regarding abandoned property.

If the landlord is refusing to let the tenant back in the property within the 10 days after court, there is a problem. I'd prefer the tenant remove their property. That way I don't have to store or dispose of it. This landlord doesn't seem to bright.
