You're 18 years old with no job. Your boyfriend has a felony.
What to you really think your chances are??????

Anything may be possible...

Your best bet will be renting from someone that knows you.

Property managers have to use sound business practice... their jobs depend on it.

I've rented to 18 year olds... they have always been college students and except for the rare exception... they had cosigners... usually a parent.

If you provide a suitable co-signer you will have a better chance.

You should ditch the burden, felon boyfriend, and go back to school.

It's highly unlikely you'll find a landlord willing to take you two on. But I've seen stranger things happen. I agree with AZ, ditch the loser boyfriend and go to school.

There are a lot of red flags in your post: Your age, his felony, and low/lack of income.

You want an apartment--get a job yourself.

You left out a glaring red flag...the use of the non-word "foshure".

OP - GO BACK TO SCHOOL!

If you signup to college and live in dorms, they will allow you to live there while you go to school and you don't need a job. But you cannot bring your boyfriend.

Check into public colleges in your statebecause they are the cheapest usually(google your state name and "public colleges") First step is to apply and get accepted. If you didn't finish HS do that. Also fill out the financial aid forms for college. The college will guide you on the steps for you to take.
