i would say move out of there as soon as possible dont worry about the lease i know people who have been stuck in similiar situations you will probably have to go to court over it but i can guarantee you the court will rule in your favor! that guy is NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!

Document what he's doing and get witnesses, like the other roommates. Take a picture of his webcam or even when he's nude. (Like with your camera phone.) What he's doing isn't legal. It's sexual harrassment. When you have the documentation, tell him you're leaving and want your deposit back immediately or you'll turn your evidence over to the police.
