it's not really "my dad's" place, and he isn't even here anymore. and, that's why I'm still here, because it's cheaper than every other place I've seen. sure...but, realistically, someone who has never really driven, and has no money..it would take them a while to 'get a car'. and, I'm 31. it's not like someone like me/in my situation, is really appealing. which is why I stopped bothering with dating, or even thinking about it.
I have too, when I was younger. but moving as an adult, is not the same. especially if you have no money and bad credit - haha. which, is why I'm stuck here, I guess. :/
So do you live alone there, just you? Who is on the lease?
How come you notice all that's going on, do you work from home? You say you have no money, so who pays the rent, what do you live off? Is this government paid housing?
Inconsiderate a**holes like to call normal people "oversensitive" "crazy" and "schizophrenic" in vain attempts to make their own abnormal, hostile behaviors seem "normal" and "acceptable" to themselves.
Many people here are claiming they have the "legal" status to be nasty neighbors. Let me remind you, legal behavior is not synonymous with correct and ethical behavior. For example, there was a time when it was legal to segregate people based on race. Never confuse what is legal with what is morally right.
I have a neighbor who uses his large-capacity gas-powered leaf blower for no less than an hour every single day, not to clean, but as as a hobby. When we spoke with him, he said, "I bought the loudest LEGAL decibel I could find" and couldn't care less about our discomfort. Never mind that he is not only polluting the neighborhood with extreme noise, but also with particulate debris and gas fumes, all of which forces to retreat inside from enjoying our yard to closing up our house until it's over. Again, this is happening every single day. When I called law enforcement, they said we had no legal recourse. This ever-increasing world of condoned psychopathy at the expense of victims (normal, considerate people) only leads to barbarism. In other words, the complete absence of culture and civilization.
Suizou, do you realize you're responding to a thread that is 2 years old? Do you have your own issue you would like to share or at least vent, with us?

I hope you do you realize you are also posting on a two-year-old thread as well as the person below you. It's still relevant to other people, as it was to me today, as it will be in another two+ years from now. In fact, I've seen some threads go on for over a decade. This is an ongoing discussion, not a perishable food item.
Knock yourself out. Post vague rants about anyone, anywhere you like.... hope it helps.
