Being officious isn't anywhere near the same as being official (or legal).

unfortunetely month to month does not mean they can be evicted in a month.

we have a month to month, and she recveived her evection letter november 30 to be out, she is still here and it is march 27. she has also hired an lawyer.
the LL and have been going back and forth to court, the Ll says she is on her last hurrah, so we will see.

it isnt as easy as it sounds being month to month.
Only thing if it is not RS RC you can raise the rent to what ever you want, and we are a co-op, and not under RC RS laws.
