Flexible or Short Term Leases in NYC / LI / CT (apartment, months, recommendation)

Hi,

Rather than checking one apartment at a time, anyone got any good recommendations or online sources on where I could gather more information on Flexible or Short Term Leases more quickly? Whether the leases could be done on a monthly or 3 months or 6 months basis, etc. And I'm looking within the NYC / LI / CT area.

Extended Stay situations that might be extended. VRBO, Sublets, etc.
