The straw man argument you engaged in was when you asked a poster about all the money being dumped into the Military Industrial Complex. You see, that has nothing to do with the topic being discussed and simply serves to redirect the conversation. Hence, the "straw man fallacy".
Most every other poster on this thread knows this and sees the connection.
Back to the topic at hand, I agree that euthanizing is too extreme. Sterilization of able bodied folks on welfare is a more fair solution. I'm guessing that tactic would create drive and ambition.
