How Long To Wait Before Checking Status of Rental Application (credit, hear)

Last week Saturday, I put in an application, but because a couple pages had to be redone, it wasn't submitted for final approval until this past Wednesday. How long should I wait before I call/email about the status?

Id give 2 business days. Shouldnt take much longer to pull credit, and verify rental history.
