Roomate Drama--not on lease (NC)

Keep in mind that some states consider the residents of a household a resident if they recieve mail there, so it's not that easy to kick someone out. I would contact an attorney to find out into depth what the legalities are involving this.

She was a renter who took in a friend

She asked them to leave and they kept saying they needed time. The parents of the free loader got invovled becauses there old @ss kids knew better. So the parents came and got there belongings! So case closed!

I hope she's learned a lesson from this experience.
