I sometimes go to Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters

Unfortunately, most of the people that rate them are the ones with bad experiences.

I know about that one... even though most are negative, the reviews do inform you of secrets about buildings that you would have no idea about.

Yup, that is true, hardly anyone has anything good to say so you have to take it with a grain of salt.

I also found this one - ApartmentReviews.net: Ratings and Reviews - Get Informed and Rent Smarter . It doesn't appear to be used as often but perhaps there is different information there.

It would be nice if more people would write reviews on the places they rent. I know it wouldn't be 50% or 30% of the renting population that would do it but it would be better than the current % that do! LOL Also, I would hope that there would be less of the extreme reviews (positive & negative) and more realistic reviews.

Then post this on THEIR website, facebook, page, yelp or any other apt review site.
