Well, I guess that's it... I'm not going to bother to read or reply to TKramar's posts any more. It's a waste of time.

Oh, I didn't know there was an ignore list. I found it, and now it has one entry.

You need to look upo the laws in your state really. I Texas it says for such thing it has to be resoanble which bascially means checkig witht eh tenant. But he can cut teh trees and even paint the house a clor you don't likie unless its in the lease. I Texas the landlord would have to be warnede before trepssing could be enforce on the outside. The interior trespassing is pretty well set in law.

JS1, have you tried talking to the Landlord before you send him an angry sounding notice? Sometimes people just do dumb things and maybe he didn't realize these things upset you as a paying tenant.

On the other hand, if you've tried talking to the Landlord with no results, I suggest you send the letter that was suggested certified return receipt. As a tenant, I'm sure it says somewhere in your lease about your rights to quiet and privacy.

"The law is immaterial--and I'll shout that from the rooftops. What is legal and what is right are not even remotely the same."

Thank you TKramar for your educated response not. Such enlightenment indeed. And you miss the point. What is legal is legal. The law is not immaterial and you can do your roof-top shouting until Kingdom come

You do realize that what is supposed to happen according to law, and what actually happens in real life are two different things, right?

This is from the faq section:

Go to My Settings (top left), Settings & Options and then to Edit Ignore List.
