Default Rent return Program
In California, or it may be a Government program for renters,(like Tax Return) where at the end of the year, renters can file a form and have part of their rent returned.
Has anyone heard of this?
I've filed 2-3 times, I don't remember the name of the program, but if anyone is interested, I'll find the link and post it.

But I'm sure there are still alot of renters unaware of it. As they are their rights.
