I am 17. i have lived out of home with my partner for 9 months.
i am from new zealand and our age polocies etc are much diferent from america's.
i have 2 jobs and my partner has 1.
we rent a place together and with 3 others, so it is a big home.
i am looking to go to university next year and am moving cities in 8 weeks.
i have never moved cities before, and am very confused of how to do it all.
i am moving in with some friends and we all have stable income and can afford something nice.
i was wondering if anyone could give any advice on handing in notices so everything works simultaniously and right.
i have no idea what my first step would be or how to take it??

I would contact your manager and see what their policies are and check your rental lease.

Are you talking about giving your housemates notice? Are you and your partner moving, or just you? give your housemates notice now. check the lease, if all names are on it, then you and your partner need to give notice to your housemates and the landlord. When is the lease up? make sure you give the 30 or 60 days notice required in the lease. if the others in the house want to continue to live there, give them notice so they will have time to get other mates to move in. make sure you give all notices in writing, housemates and landlord both. Be prepared to not get a return on your deposit.
