Pinnacle View Apartments (management, location, reasonable, hear) - Renting -Apartments, houses, lease, tenant, landlord, agreements, termination - City-Data Forum

So, I'm looking around for a new place that is close to downtown, but reasonable. I'm not new to Miami. I've lived here for almost 10 years. However, I've never known anyone or heard anything about Pinnacle View Apartments. The price seems right for me and the location is not bad at all. Just need someone to give me the goods about this place. They are located on 225 NE 23rd St. How's management? Apartment interior condition? Parking?
