You will get a better response to your post if you start a new thread rather then tagging it onto the tail end of someone else's thread.

That said, most states landlord tenant laws require a certain amount of written notice to you before they can begin eviction procedures.

You can read about what your state requires at the links below and also find a list of resources of oganizations that might be able to help you.
