You will get a better response to your post if you start a new thread rather then tagging it onto the tail end of someone else's thread.
That said, most states landlord tenant laws require a certain amount of written notice to you before they can begin eviction procedures.

Hi , my husband lost his job and im a mom of children , last week on wed i called my lanlord to tell him the reason why i could't pay june's rent and all i got back in response was "it's not my problem if he lost his job " i even ask him to see if he can lower rent a little and once again he said the same thing ,then on friday morning he send me a certified letter statting that i either have to pay the rent or vacate the property . I have 4 children i'm handicap i have 17 operations and im stressing i dont know what to do can someone give me an advise on what should i do in regards to this.
